400G Direct Attach Cables

Direct-Attach cables are suitable for very short distances and offer a cost-effective way to connect within racks and across adjacent racks. Gbics offers 400G QSFP-DD to QSFP-DD passive cables, QSFP-DD to 4 x QSFP28 and QSFP-DD to 2 x QSFP56 breakout passive cables in lengths of 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5 metres as standard. Bespoke lengths are available on request.

An added advantage of using Gbics DACs is our ability to code for multi-vendor solutions, allowing you to connect from one vendor’s switch to another vendor's switch or NIC.  Available vendors can be chosen from the relevant drop-down boxes.
